Registration Fees Details
The APacCHRIE 2026 Conference will be held in Osaka, Japan. Registration options are outlined below.
We recommend that when registering for this conference, prospective delegates review the terms and conditions of registration.
- Each paper must have at least one author register for and then attend the conference. Each registration fee can cover ONLY 1 paper. Virtual/Online presentations are NOT allowed
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Full registration fees include attendance at all conference sessions, a name badge, access to the electronic conference proceedings, the afternoon workshop on 28th May, refreshments and lunch on 28th and 29th May, and ticket to the Welcome Reception.
- All attendee can choose whether to include the gala dinner ticket.
- A technical visit tour on 31st May is optional; delegates can purchase at an additional cost.
- Fees are all in JPY (Japanese Yen). Please note that all transfer and card fees are the sole responsibility of the delegates. Full payment of the registration fees for each category must be settled in the account.
- Only current CHRIE members are eligible to register at the member rate. Previous associate members who have not yet renewed their membership are welcome to renew before registering for the APacCHRIE 2026 conference. If you are not yet a member of APacCHRIE, join us to enjoy the special conference rate and other membership benefits. - Only current students are eligible to register at the graduate rate or youth conference rate.
- During the online registration process and payment, you will be asked to attach evidence of membership, graduate student status, or undergraduate student status. Please be prepared in advance to provide documents that certify your category.
