Most of the official programs of APacCHRIE 2026 will be held at Future Plaza, a conference center located on Ritsumeikan University Osaka-Ibaraki Campus. The campus is easily accessible by public transportation, with convenient train connections from Kyoto, Osaka-Umeda and Shin-Osaka. JTB, the official travel agent of APacCHRIE 2026, prepared the hotel options as follows, but participants are welcome to make their own hotel reservations directly if they prefer.
The Board Meeting (May 28) and Gala Dinner (May 30) will be held at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka, the headquarter hotel for APacCHRIE 2026. For this reason, board members and Gala dinner participants are encouraged to stay at the headquarter hotels or the hotels within the Namba area. Shuttle buses will be provided between the Namba area and Future Plaza (advance reservation required).
