The conference registration fees are expected to be at a level comparable to those of 2025 and will be announced in
late January 2026. Registration will be managed by JTB and processed through its "Amarys" payment system.
Participants who require an invitation letter for visa issuance or grant application purposes are requested to submit
their paper first. After submission, please send the paper together with the official submission confirmation email to
info@apacchrie2026.org
