Most of the official programs of APacCHRIE 2026 will be held at Future Plaza, an international conference venue located on the Osaka-Ibaraki Campus of Ritsumeikan University. The campus is easily accessible by public transportation, with convenient train connections to both Osaka and Kyoto. JTB, the official travel agent of APacCHRIE 2026, will prepare the hotel options in both Osaka-Umeda and in Kyoto.
The Board Meeting (May 28) and Gala Dinner (May 30) will be held at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka, the headquarter hotel for APacCHRIE 2026. For this reason, board members are encouraged to stay within the Namba area. Shuttle buses will be provided between the Namba area and Future Plaza (advance reservation required).
