Registration is handled by JTB and is processed through its “Amarys” payment system.
You will be asked to create an ID and password, which can later be used to make hotel reservations using the same ID.
When registering as a Member, Graduate Student, or Youth Conference participant, please prepare appropriate documentation as evidence of your eligibility.
After completing your registration, hotel booking can be done within the same system (TBA).
